Academic Calendar:

  • The Academic Calendar is the schedule of events that take place within an Academic Year.
  • An Academic Year begins in September of each calendar year and ends in April of the subsequent year.
  • The Calendar Year consists of three Semesters. The duration of a semester varies per programme. The first semester begins in September and ends in December. The second semester begins in January and ends in April; the third semester begins in May and ends in August.

NB the semester you join the university will be your first semester.
